Mexican Chili Roll
Mexican Chili Roll is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. velveeta cheese, 2 tsp. cayenne pepper, 8 oz. cream cheese, softened, 2 c. chopped pecans and 1 tsp. garlic salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Melt cheese until soft.
Mix all ingredients except chili powder.
Divide into 5 long rolls.
Roll in chili powder until covered.
