Mexican Chicken Casserole
Mexican Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. hot water, 2 tbsp. margarine, cut small, 2 c. stove top dressing or cornbread, 3/4 c. salsa and 4 chicken breasts, halved, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Put water and margarine in 12 x 8-inch pan.
Stir in Stove Top and 1/4 cup salsa.
Arrange chicken over dressing.
Pour rest of salsa on top.
Cover with foil.
Bake 30 minutes.
Remove foil and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 5 more minutes or until cheese melts.
