Mexican Chicken Casserole
Mexican Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. hot water, 3/4 c. salsa, 1 tbsp. margarine, melted, 2 c. stove top stuffing (chicken flavored) and 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine water, 1/4 cup salsa, margarine and stuffing mix in 2-quart baking pan.
Arrange chicken on the stuffing.
Pour remaining salsa over chicken.
Cover pan loosely.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 40 minutes.
Take out and sprinkle with cheese and continue baking for 5 to 10 minutes.
