Mexican Chicken Casserole
Mexican Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. grated cheddar cheese, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can ro-tel chili tomatoes and 1 small can pet milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Butter a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Saute onion and pepper in oleo.
Add to mixture of soup, tomatoes and milk.
Crumble chips before opening bag.
Put 1/3 of chips in the dish, then 1 layer of chicken, soup mixture and cheese.
Repeat ending with chips and cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 40 minutes.
