Mexican Chicken
Mexican Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large fryer, stewed, 1 pkg. doritos, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 c. broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Debone and cut up chicken into bite size pieces.
Mix soups, broth, onion and Ro-Tel tomatoes together.
Crush Doritos and place in buttered casserole.
Layer chicken, soup mixture and 1/2 the cheese.
Repeat layers, but do not top with cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Put remaining cheese on top and bake for 15 minutes more.
