Mexican Chicken
Mexican Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 chicken breasts, cooked, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 (7 oz.) can ortega chilies, diced, 3 c. sour cream or 1 pt. and 6 green onion tops, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bone the cooked chicken and cut into small pieces.
Mix all ingredients except the chips.
Place the chips in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Pour chicken mixture over chips. Sprinkle the top with some extra cheese.
