Mexican Chicken
Mexican Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 boiled chicken, deboned or 4 large chicken breasts (save broth), 1 (8 oz.) pkg. velveeta, cubed or 1 (8 oz.) jar cheez whiz, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and bunch of chopped green onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In large bowl, mix soups with 1 soup can of broth.
Add cheese, onions, green chilies and chicken.
In oblong baking dish or pan, alternate layers of crushed chips with mixture beginning and ending with chips.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
