Mexican Chicken
Mexican Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 lb. chicken, stewed and deboned, 1 can cheddar cheese soup, 1 can ro-tel tomatoes, 8 oz. sour cream and 1 large pkg. plain doritos, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Saute onion in butter.
Add soup, Ro-Tel, sour cream and heat. Crush 1/2 of the Doritos in Pyrex dish.
Add 1/2 of the chicken, 1/2 sauce, add remainder in order.
Top with grated cheese.
Bake at 350Β° until bubbly.
