Mexican Chicken
Mexican Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Cook and debone chicken; set aside.
Saute onion in butter in large saucepan; add soups and tomatoes.
Crush chips and place in bottom of 13-inch baking dish.
Pour broth over chips.
Layer 1/2 of chicken and 1/2 of soup mixture; repeat, ending with soup mixture.
Cover with shredded Cheddar cheese.
Bake 30 to 45 minutes at 375Β°.
