Mexican Chicken
Mexican Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 chicken, cooked and cut up, 8 or 10 mexican tortillas, 1 medium onion, chopped, 2 stalks celery, chopped and 1 can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Soak tortillas in broth until soft.
Saute onions and celery in broth until tender.
Line a baking dish with softened tortillas.
Mix together celery, onion, salt, pepper, soups and tomatoes.
