Mexican Chef Salad
Mexican Chef Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 can red beans, 1 head lettuce, 3 to 4 tomatoes and 1 c. cheddar cheese, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Brown and drain ground beef.
Drain and rinse red beans.
Add beans to meat; set aside.
Break up lettuce, cut up tomatoes, grate cheese and crunch up Doritos.
Just before serving, heat meat and beans.
Add to salad mix; toss with Thousand Island dressing.
