Mexican Casserole
Mexican Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed tomato soup, undiluted, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted and 1 (1.25 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Brown meat and onions in skillet; drain fat.
Mix tomato soup, mushroom soup, taco seasoning and milk; add to meat.
In a casserole, place a layer of tortilla pieces, then a layer of meat mixture and then a layer of grated cheese.
Repeat.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
