Mexican Casserole
Mexican Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. lean ground beef, 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. tortilla chips, crushed and divided, 1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce (mild) and 1 small onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Brown the hamburger.
Add the sauces, onion, beans, half the tortilla chips and half the cheese.
Pour into greased 9 x 9-inch casserole and bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
