Mexican Casserole
Mexican Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 3/4 c. chopped onion, 1 can cream of celery soup, 1 can cream of onion soup and 1 can cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Brown onion and meat until tender; drain off grease.
Combine all soups, Ro-Tel and taco seasoning with meat.
Add Doritos, breaking into small pieces.
Mix well.
Add 1/2 cup cheese; mix. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Bake in large, oblong dish (13 x 9-inch) 30 to 45 minutes at 375° to 400°.
