Mexican Casserole
Mexican Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 can refried beans, 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce, 1 pkg. chili seasoning and 1/4 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Brown ground beef; drain fat.
Add refried beans, chili seasoning and water.
Simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes. Pour tomato sauce in plate.
Cover each tortilla in sauce one at a time.
Layer tortilla, then meat mixture and shredded cheese. Continue layering until all meat has been used.
Bake in a round covered dish or 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Serve with your favorite Mexican toppings.
