Mexican Casserole
Mexican Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (12 oz.) bag doritos (approximately), 1 lb. ground beef, 1/4 c. chopped onion, 1 can ro-tel or mexican tomatoes and 1 can campbell's cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Brown ground beef and onion.
In separate saucepan, add tomatoes, soups and 2 cans of water.
Stir over medium heat until blended.
Pour chips into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Pour ground beef over the chips and then cover with soup mixture.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake at 375Β° for about 20 to 30 minutes or until bubbly.
