Mexican Casserole
Mexican Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. hamburger, 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, 2 (11 oz.) cans enchilada sauce, mild, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. jalapeño cheese and 1 (1 lb.) bag dorito nacho cheese tortilla chips, crush slightly before opening bag, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Brown meat, then add mushroom soup.
Heat and stir soup through.
Layer in bottom of lasagna pan: chips, hamburger mixture, enchilada sauce (a little less than 1 can) and slices of cheese.
Repeat again, ending with crushed chips and sauce.
Heat in oven at 325° for 30 minutes or until mixture bubbles.
