Brown the ground beef.
Stir in the package of taco seasoning. Add 3 to 4 tablespoons water.
Pour in a casserole dish.
Pour on the taco sauce.
Pour on the salsa.
Put the cheese on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes. Serve over shredded lettuce and nachos. Top with sour cream.
