Mexican Casserole
Mexican Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 pkg. corn tortillas, 1 lb. cheddar cheese, grated, 1 small can green chiles, chopped and 1 lb. ground beef, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Brown meat and onion; season with salt and pepper.
Drain meat and onion.
In a 13 x 9-inch baking dish or pan, pour milk 1/4-inch deep.
Put down a layer of tortillas, then a layer of meat, 1/2 of soup and cheese.
Pour 1/2 of remaining milk and repeat layers again.
Top with cheese and chiles.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
