Mexican Casserole
Mexican Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large bag nacho cheese doritos, 1 can ro-tel tomatoes, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef and 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Brown ground beef; drain.
Pour in Ro-Tel tomatoes, soup and taco mix.
Heat, then add Velveeta cheese (cut up).
Heat until cheese is melted.
Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
Layer bottom with 1/2 bag of chips, then pour half meat mixture evenly; layer again with chips.
Then top with remaining meat mixture.
Garnish top with a few crumbled chips.
Heat 20 minutes in a 350Β° oven.
Serve immediately.
