Mexican Buffet
Mexican Buffet is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce, 2 (10 oz.) cans enchilada sauce, 1 (7 oz.) can green salsa and 2 (no. 2 1/2) cans chili beans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Brown ground beef with onion; drain off fat.
Place in heavy pot and add tomato sauce, enchilada sauce, green chili salsa, chili beans and garlic salt.
Cook slowly for about 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
Place Fritos on plate with meat mixture over them. Add grated cheese, diced tomatoes, onions, shredded lettuce and sour cream.
