Mexican Appetizers is an easy dinner. Made with shredded rat cheese, sliced jalapeños (use a lot for hot), 2 eggs, 1 c. flour and 3/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

👨🍳 Instructions
In 9 x 13-inch pan, make a layer of rat cheese, then jalapeños and another layer of rat cheese.
Mix eggs, flour and milk; pour over layers.
Bake 1 hour at 350°.
