Mexican Appetizer Roll-Ups is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked or 2 c. cooked flaked salmon, 8 oz. softened cream cheese, 3 to 4 tbsp. salsa, 1/4 tsp. ground cumin and 1 tsp. dried cilantro or 2 tsp. fresh, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix salmon, cream cheese, salsa, cumin and cilantro.
Place mixture on each tortilla; spread on surface and roll up jelly roll style.
Serve as is or chill and cut into fifths with serrated knife and serve as appetizers.

Fresh cilantro is best (can be made without cumin).
