Mexicali Casserole
Mexicali Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 tbsp. margarine, 2 cans chili with beans, 1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained and 1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
👨🍳 Instructions
Heat oven to 350°.
Saute onion in margarine.
Add chili, corn and tomatoes, mixing well.
Pour into a 12 x 8-inch baking dish. Prepare corn mix according to package; stir cheese into dough. Spoon dough around edge of baking dish.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
