Merry Cherry Salad
Merry Cherry Salad is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 c. peaches, drained, 1 c. pineapple, drained, 1/2 c. maraschino cherries, drained, 1 pkg. strawberry gelatin and 1 c. hot water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Drain fruits and reserve juice.
Dissolve gelatin in hot water and add fruit juice.
Chill until partially congealed.
Blend cream cheese with lemon juice, salt and mayonnaise.
Fold in whipped cream.
Beat chilled gelatin until light and fluffy.
Fold into cream cheese mixture and fruits.
Pour into chilled buttered pan.
Freeze until firm.
Remove from freezer.
Let warm enough to cut into squares.
Serve on lettuce leaf.
Garnish with maraschino cherries or coconut.
