Meringues is an easy dinner. Made with 2 egg whites, 3/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed, pinch of salt and 2 c. pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Beat egg whites at room temperature until stiff peaks form. Gradually add sugar, beating until well blended.
Fold in remaining ingredients.
Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 250Β° for 30 minutes.
