Meringue Kisses
Meringue Kisses is an easy dinner. Made with 2 egg whites, 1/2 c. sugar and 1/2 c. chopped peanuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Beat egg whites until stiff with electric mixer.
Add sugar and mix well.
Egg whites should hold peaks. Fold in nuts with spatula or spoon.
Drop mix by teaspoon on foil lined cookie sheets.
Bake at 275 degrees for 40 mins.
Let cool and peel off foil.
Cookies will keep indefinitely in a tin container.
