Melting Moments
Melting Moments is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. flour, 2 tbsp. cornstarch, 1/2 c. unsifted powdered sugar, 1 c. margarine, softened and 1 1/3 c. flaked coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Mix flour, cornstarch and sugar in a bowl.
Blend in margarine to form dough.
Cover and chill until dough is firm enough to handle. Shape into small balls about 3/4-inch thick.
Roll in coconut and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with fork. Bake at 300Β° for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes 3 dozen.
