Melting Moments
Melting Moments is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. unsifted flour, 1 c. cornstarch, 1 1/4 c. powdered sugar, 3 sticks margarine and 2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Stir together flour, cornstarch and sugar.
In a large mixing bowl with mixer at medium speed, beat the margarine until smooth and fluffy.
Add flour mixture and vanilla.
Beat until well blended.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Shape into 1-inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet about 1 1/2 inches apart.
Flatten with two fingers.
Bake at 375Β° for 10 to 12 minutes.
