Melt-in-Your-Mouth Chicken Pie
Melt-In-Your-Mouth Chicken Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 to 3 lb. cooked chicken, 1 can cream of chicken soup (i use low-fat), 2 c. chicken broth (i use low-fat), 1 c. self-rising flour and 1 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Cut chicken into small pieces and place in bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
(I use all white meat.)
In saucepan mix and bring to a boil chicken broth and soup.
In another bowl combine melted magarine, flour and milk.
Mix thoroughly to form batter.
Pour broth mixture over chicken.
Spoon batter over top.
Bake at 425Β° for 30 minutes.
