Meaty Spanish Rice Pie
Meaty Spanish Rice Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. crushed corn flakes, 1/4 c. chopped onion, 1 lb. ground beef, 1 c. minute rice and 1/4 tsp. chili powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Combine corn flakes, milk, onion, salt and ground beef in a large bowl, mixing well.
Press over bottom and side of a 9-inch pie plate.
Combine tomato sauce, rice, green pepper and chili powder, mixing well.
Spoon over ground beef.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 3 minutes longer or until cheese melts.
