Meatballs Italienne
Meatballs Italienne is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 egg, beaten, 1/3 c. milk, 2 tbsp. finely chopped onions, 1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce and 1/2 tsp. garlic salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Preheat oven to 400Β°.
In a large bowl, combine egg, milk, onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and pepper.
Add ground beef, oats and cheese, mixing well.
Shape into 1 3/4-inch balls (about 2 tablespoons of meat mixture each).
Place in shallow baking pan. Bake for 20 minutes or until no longer pink in center, turning balls over after 10 minutes.
Drain on absorbent paper.
Add to heated spaghetti sauce.
Serve over cooked spaghetti.
