Meatballs
Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 egg, 1/2 c. bread crumbs, 1/4 c. onion, chopped and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients.
Mix together with a spoon or clean, bare hands until well mixed.
Roll into 1 inch round meatballs. Spray a two-piece broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Place meatballs on broiler pan in a single layer. Bake in a preheated 375Β° oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until no longer pink inside, turning meatballs over halfway through baking. Serve with tomato sauce over spaghetti or in meatball submarine sandwiches.
