Meatball Appetizers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. hamburger, 1 egg, 1 large onion, dash of salt and 1/2 jar grape jelly (about 1 c.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix together like a meat loaf the hamburger, egg, onion and salt.
Into small meatballs.
Combine jelly, chili sauce and lemon juice; cook until jelly dissolves.
Pour over meatballs (raw).
Bake in oven 1 hour at 225Β°.
These can also be done in a crock-pot.
