Meat Roll-Ups
Meat Roll-Ups is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1 medium onion, 1/2 tsp. lemon juice, 1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce and 2 to 4 tbsp. salad dressing (miracle whip), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Place cream cheese in bowl and grate onion into it.
Mix in lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salad dressing, salt and pepper. Mix well.
(An electric mixer may be used).
Cut both bolognas into 3 strips per slice.
Spread with 1 teaspoon of cream cheese mixture.
Roll strips and fasten with a toothpick.
Refrigerate until served.
Leftover cream cheese mixture makes a great chip dip too.
