Meat Roll is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 lb. ground beef, 3/4 lb. ground veal, 3 c. bread crumbs, grated, 1/4 c. grated onion and 1 1/2 tsp. chopped parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Combine beef and veal, egg and 1 teaspoon salt. Mix well.
Pat into rectangular shape. Mix bread crumbs, onion, celery, parsley, dash of salt, raisins, sage and milk.
Spread over meat.
Roll as you would a jelly roll. Bake 1 hour at 350Β°.
