Meat Pie
Meat Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 double pie crust, 2 lb. ground pork, 1 lb. hamburger, 1 medium onion, diced small and 2 large or 3 medium potatoes, boiled, then mashed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Brown meat in large pot with onions and seasonings.
Drain. Add potatoes to meat mixture and mash well until blended.
Fold into pie crust.
Top with other crust; vent.
