Meat Pie
Meat Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 onion, 1 bell pepper, 8 oz. can tomato sauce and 3/4 c. cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Brown and drain ground beef, onion and bell pepper.
Add tomato sauce, Cheddar cheese, drained corn and optional black olives to beef mixture.
Place crescents in pie pan; beat one egg and put over crescents.
Then put 3/4 cup Cheddar cheese over crescents and the one egg.
Put beef mixture over the crescents and put cheese on top.
