👨🍳 Instructions
Heat oven to 350°.
Place ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, green pepper, salt, pepper, egg and tomato sauce in a mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly.
Place in a shallow baking dish in shape of a loaf. Mix catsup, brown sugar and mustard together.
Pour over meat loaf. Bake at 350° until meat loaf tests done.
