Meat Loaf with Sauce
Meat Loaf With Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 medium bell pepper, chopped, 1 c. fresh bread crumbs and 1/2 can tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix ground beef, onion, bell pepper, bread crumbs, 1/2 can tomato sauce, pepper and salt together and form loaf.
Place in shallow baking pan in 350Β° oven.
While this is starting to bake, combine 1/2 can tomato sauce, vinegar, mustard, brown sugar and water.
Pour over meat loaf and continue to bake for 1 1/2 hours. Baste frequently.
