Soak bread crumbs in milk.
Add meat, eggs, onion, green pepper and seasonings; mix well.
Form into individual loaves or form one loaf in 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch pan, which has been greased.
Cover with Piquant Sauce (recipe follows) and spread over top of meat loaf.
Bake for 1 hour in a moderate 350Β° oven for a large loaf and bake for 45 minutes with small individual loaves.
