Meat Loaf Surprise
Meat Loaf Surprise is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. lean ground beef, 1 egg, 1/2 c. italian bread crumbs, 1 pkg. shredded cheese (cheddar or nacho) and 1 jar mushrooms (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Microwave vegetables according to package instructions.
Mix together meat, egg and bread crumbs.
Place meat mixture between 2 sheets of Saran Wrap and flatten with rolling pin.
Remove top sheet after flattening.
Sprinkle on cheese, then mushrooms and vegetables.
Roll the meat into a jelly roll shape, using bottom sheet of Saran Wrap to help.
Lift onto a cookie sheet, seam side down.
Discard second sheet of Saran Wrap.
Bake at 375Β° for 1/2 hour or until done.
