Meat Loaf Roll
Meat Loaf Roll is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 5 slices bread, crumbled, 3 eggs, beaten, onion, chopped and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine beef, bread, eggs, 1/2 cup onion, salt, pepper and water.
Pat out on waxed paper about 1/2 inch thick.
Combine 1/4 cup onion, carrots, fat and celery; spread over meat mixture.
Roll jelly roll fashion.
Place in roast pan.
Pour tomato juice over top and sides; add enough water to keep from burning or sticking in pan.
Bake 1 hour at 350Β°.
