Meat Loaf Pinwheels
Meat Loaf Pinwheels is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 c. soft bread crumbs, 1 (8 oz.) jar cheez whiz, 1 egg, beaten and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Combine meat, crumbs, 1/2 of cheese, egg and salt.
Mix lightly; pat out flat meat mixture to cover a 12 x 10-inch rectangle of foil.
Combine rest of cheese, rice and parsley; spread over meat.
Roll up, starting at narrow end.
Wrap securely; refrigerate several hours (or overnight).
Cut roll into 8 slices; place in a baking dish and bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes. Serves 8.
