Meat Loaf Pinwheels
Meat Loaf Pinwheels is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 c. soft bread crumbs, 1 (8 oz.) jar cheez whiz spread, 1 egg, beaten and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine meat, crumbs, half of cheese spread, egg and salt.
Mix lightly.
Pat out meat mixture to cover 10 x 12-inch rectangle of foil.
Combine remaining rice and parsley; spread out over meat. Roll up starting at narrow end and wrap securely; refrigerate several hours or overnight.
Cut roll into eight slices.
Place in baking dish.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes or until meat is done.
Yields 8 servings.
