Meat Loaf Pie
Meat Loaf Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. hamburger, 2 slices bread, torn into small pieces, 1/4 c. onion, 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce and 2/3 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Mix together; pat into pie pan (9-inch).
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes.
Drain grease.
Make enough mashed potatoes for supper.
Pile on top of meat loaf.
Spread evenly.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup Cheddar on top of potatoes.
Bake until cheese melts.
(I have added shredded cheese inside meat loaf; it is good too.)
