Meat Loaf Festiva
Meat Loaf Festiva is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground chuck, 1 c. onions, chopped fine, 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped, 1/4 c. celery, chopped fine and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix in all ingredients hand, except catsup, in a large bowl.
Mixture into a large ball.
Divide the ball into 4 portions.
Each portion into a Bundt cake pan.
Place the cake pan on a cookie sheet.
Bake at 315Β° for 1 1/2 hours. Drain any fat every 1/2 hour.
Cool 15 minutes. Turn the meat loaf onto serving dish.
Garnish with catsup.
