Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef, 3/4 c. oats or crumbled crackers, 1/4 c. chopped onion, 1/4 tsp. black pepper and 1 c. tomato juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine all ingredients; mix lightly, but thoroughly.
Press into an 8 x 4-inch loaf pan.
