Meat Loaf
Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 1/2 lb. ground pork, 1/2 c. chopped onions, 2 tbsp. chopped bell pepper and 1 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Beat eggs.
Add salt, pepper, chopped onion, chopped bell pepper, rolled oats and milk.
Mix well.
Add beef and pork.
The secret of a meat loaf is to have it very moist, hardly holds together in pan.
Shape meat into a loaf.
Bake in a heavy pan. Small amount of water (1 cup) around the meat loaf.
Baste several times during cooking period.
Bake in 375Β° oven for one hour or more, if needed.
