Meat Loaf
Meat Loaf is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs, 1/2 c. evaporated milk, 1 lb. lean ground beef, 1 lb. lean ground pork and 1 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Heat oven to 350Β°.
Soak bread crumbs and milk for 5 minutes in a large mixing bowl.
Combine meats, salt and eggs with bread crumbs and mix well.
Stir in onion, celery, green pepper, garlic and Worcestershire sauce until well blended.
Pack into a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan; shape to leave a fingers width between meat and pan.
